It was released by Tokuma Shoten immediately after Mr. Yamada's death and quickly sold out. In 2002, seven years after Mr. Yamada's passing, Pioneer LDC Co., Ltd. re-released it as a "deluxe new edition" limited to 3,000 copies, but it also sold out immediately. Both are now out of print.
